Booking

1. Booking

A booking is made through our website, by email or on WhatsApp. Your booking is provisional until we confirm availability in writing, normally within 24 hours.

2. Payment

• Pay Later: no payment at booking; payment details are sent with your confirmation.
• Deposit (30%): 30% is due to confirm your place; the remaining 70% is due 30 days before departure.
• Full payment: the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted by Western Union, bank transfer (SWIFT) or Wise - or another method that suits you. We do not currently process credit cards directly. Prices are quoted in USD per person.

3. Cancellation by you

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before the tour - full refund.
• 50% refund between 30 and 60 days before the tour.
• No refund within 30 days of departure; where possible we will help you reschedule instead.

4. Cancellation by us

If a tour cannot operate (for example due to security or force majeure), we will offer a full refund or transfer to another departure. We are not liable for costs incurred independently (flights, visas, insurance) - travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. What is included

Each expedition page lists what is included (accommodation, transport, guiding, entrance fees, meals) and excluded (international flights, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, tips).

6. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for a valid passport, any required visa, and following our safety guidance. Alcohol and drugs policy, dress codes at religious sites, and photography restrictions will be explained before and during the tour.

7. Liability

We operate with vetted partners and take every reasonable care for your safety. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. Travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal liability is required for all travellers.

8. Reviews & photos

By submitting a review you grant us permission to publish it (name, nationality, comment and any photo you upload) on this website. You may request removal at any time. Photos of you taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
